Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain RPA solutions using industry-standard automation tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable automation workflows.
  • Support business case development and solution assessments for automation initiatives.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support to ensure solution quality and reliability.
  • Maintain project documentation, technical specifications, and process documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to support project planning, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
  • Share knowledge, mentor team members where appropriate, and contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of RPA best practices.
  • Keep up to date with emerging RPA technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant work experience.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis, workflow design, and automation best practices.
  • Experience with one or more RPA platforms, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems to extend automation capabilities.
  • Experience with Docker, AWS/Azure, or similar environments for scalable automation delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage business users and technical teams effectively.
